We are seeking a skilled Senior Technician to join our 24/7 shift operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring, event detection, and Level 1 technical support across critical CIS (Communications Information Systems) infrastructure. You will act as a key responder to incidents, ensuring timely escalation, coordination, and resolution in a high-availability operational environment.
Responsibilities:
Be a part of a 24/7 shift system responsible for Real-Time Monitoring and Event Detection.
Reactive Event Handling.
Incident Coordination and Escalation.
Level 1 Technical Support through the use of command line and engineering tools.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
ITIL knowledge (Incident and Problem Management)
CIS communications engineering expertise
Experience with monitoring tools including Zabbix, Spectrum, Truesight, NGenius, and Performance Centre
Ability to provide Level 1 technical support using command line and engineering tools
Good communication skills
