As the People Manager, you will play a critical role and a key leader within our Data Office, an international and growing department of around 20 professionals driving data innovations from the core.
This role specifically focuses on leading a team of approximately 15 engineers.With your passion forfacilitating,coachingand empowering you make sure the teams are performing at their best. You will be reporting to the Head of Data and togetherwith Product Owners, Architects & Tech Leadsensure that the teams are well-equipped tofacilitategrowth.
Empower and guide the team within an Agile SCRUM environment, focusing on their well-being, creatingclarity, fosteringtrustand removing obstacles, so they can do their best work and deliver to the expected standards.
Hands-on experience in Agile Leadership/Support roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner, working closely with engineering teams.
